How to Manage UnSubscribe

Thank you to all those that emailed and phoned in your thoughts on how we could better improve the unsubscribe feature. In the past, when someone from your contact list would unsubscribe, it would only apply to that particular newsletter/campaign. Now, when someone unsubscribes, the system removes them completely from any future marketing e-mails sent from your e-Agents account. Don't worry, this does not affect your ListingAlert searches/automatic alerts (alert e-mails has its own unsubscribe option).

Accidentaly unsubscribed?
No worries here! You have the capability of resubscribing them, with one simple button:

1. Login to

2. Click on "Marketing/CRM Tools"

3. Click "Unsubscribe List"
