Utilize software/office equipment to reduce paper usage.

• Use digital communication between principles and parties whenever possible
• Use digital communication in all inter-company communications and supporting documents
• Use digital communication to transmit escrow and title documents to all parties
• Utilize approved online signature software including DOCUSIGN, AMTRUST, FISERV, and GEMSTONE.   
• Educate office staff about eco-friendly practices and reducing paper usage. Use eco-friendly office products and cleaning supplies, as well as actively promote recycling programs.
